America owns the world
I found a couple of articles from Noam Chomsky today. They’re both along the same lines.

- We Own The World—This is an actual article, written by Chomsky, along the same theme as the interview above.
I should point out that the title of this post is intentionally ironic—I don’t really believe that America owns the world. (Regardless of what they believe.)

I also have a Chomsky DVD, Manufacturing Consent (I assume based on the book), and it has a bunch of Chomsky debates as special features. I got it for Christmas, but haven’t had a chance to watch it yet. But I’m looking forward to it; Chomsky is a very clear thinker.
As a humourous side note, if you look at the Amazon page for the DVD, it gives William F. Buckley first billing as the “star” of the movie, and Chomsky gets second billing…
