If you’ve been following the issues with Net Neutrality in the States, you may be chilled to the bone
by this article. (Okay, “chilled to the bone” might be a bit of an overstatement. Maybe just “mildly worried”.) This is another one of those issues where laws in the States will potentially hurt us all the world over.
